Homemade BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider (or any non-alcoholic cider)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Mixing Bowl
- Basting Brush
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Tongs
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, honey, apple cider, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika to create the BBQ sauce.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce, reserving some for basting.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved sauce until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with your choice of sides.
