Golden Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 cup of vegetable broth

Instructions:
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, turmeric, and paprika.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
