 Spicy Vegetable Bockwurst

Ingredients:

  • 6 Vegan Bockwurst sausages (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add diced red bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the vegan bockwurst sausages to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
