Spicy Vegetable Bockwurst
Ingredients:
- 6 Vegan Bockwurst sausages (gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Zucchini, diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced red bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the vegan bockwurst sausages to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
